Residential machines have 3 motor sizes available, 1/3, 1/2 & 3/4 HP.

For most residential one car doors, we recommend the 1/3hp motor. For 2-car doors we recommend the ½ hp motor. And for Commercial doors and carriage house style and oversized doors, we recommend a ¾ hp motor.
